Dvorak Everywhere on Arch + Hyprland with xremap

Overview

This guide shows how to get Dvorak everywhere on Arch Linux with Hyprland using xremap—a Karabiner-like remapper that works at the input layer. You'll install xremap, grant uinput access, add a Dvorak config, test it, and enable it to autostart for all keyboards (internal + external).

If you've experimented with other remappers (keyd, interception-tools) and want a clean slate first, remove their services/configs before proceeding.

I didn’t realize it would run hot even when I was just coding or doing normal stuff.

This page contains a collection of working Steampipe SQL queries for AWS. These are helpful to understand the basics of querying AWS infrastructure using SQL syntax via Steampipe. Each query targets a specific AWS resource like IAM, EC2, S3, VPCs, and more.

These queries help you inspect AWS resources using Steampipe.

What the heck is "SatoriSec"

I’ve spent a lot of time working in cybersecurity, especially around automation, compliance, and SQL-based threat analysis.

Over the years, I ran into the same problem again and again:

Too much information. Not enough clarity.

Getting Started with Steampipe + AWS on Ubuntu

What is Steampipe?

Steampipe is an open-source tool that lets you query cloud infrastructure, SaaS services, and files using SQL. It's fast, scriptable, and works in the terminal.

Instead of writing custom scripts to gather data from cloud services like AWS, you can use SQL queries directly—treating your cloud accounts like a database.

Uncover Your Ikigai: Harnessing the Power of the Japanese Way of Life

Ikigai is a special thing that helps you find what makes you happy and gives your life a purpose. It's all about finding the things you love to do, the things you're good at, the things that are useful to other people, and the things you can get paid for. When these four things overlap and work together, it can make you feel really good and fulfilled. Some people find their ikigai through their job or their hobbies, and others find it through their friends or family. It's different for everyone, but the most important thing is to follow your passions and be open to new experiences.
